Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Curfluffle during its private beta. By using the service you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

The service

Curfluffle is an AI game-development studio that lets you direct specialist agents to plan, produce, and review game content. It is in active development and provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during the beta. Features may change, break, or be removed.

Your account

• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access secure.
• You must be able to form a binding contract to use the service.

Your content & ownership

• You own the content you create with Curfluffle — export it, ship it, sell it. We claim no ownership of your games, cards, characters, or drops.
• You grant us only the limited permission needed to operate the service for you (for example, to process your inputs to generate the output you asked for).
• You are responsible for ensuring your inputs and outputs don't infringe others' rights.

Acceptable use

Don't use Curfluffle to:

• break the law or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights;
• generate content that is unlawful, harmful, or abusive;
• attack, overload, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service or its API.

API use

Access to the Curfluffle API requires a key and is for authorized, server-to-server use. Keep your key secret; you are responsible for calls made with it.

Beta, warranties & liability

Because this is a beta, we make no warranties and are not liable for lost data or work to the maximum extent permitted by law. Export anything important. We may suspend or end access, or the beta itself, at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use means you accept the changes.
